A: Due to mirroring protocol issues of Motorola and Google phones, it prohibits screen mirroring directly from the projector. You need to have a Google Chromecast to connect it.

Q2: How can I access Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube?

A: The HY320NTV comes with officially licensed Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube pre-installed. No TV stick is required—simply press a button on the remote control to launch these apps quickly and easily.

Q3: Can I download other apps?

A: The HY320NTV runs on Whale OS, and you can download apps directly from the App store. If you can't find a specific app, please contact our support team for assistance.

Q4: How do I screen-mirror iOS devices to the HY320NTV?

A: 1.Go to Settings > Device Preference > Whale OS Cast > TV casting

2.Use the AirPlay feature on your iOS devices, ensuring both devices are connected to the same WiFi network

3.Copyrighted content from apps like of Disney+ cannot be mirrored or cast

Q5: How to Get a Squared Image?

A: 1. Align the projector properly so the lens faces the screen directly.

2. Go to Settings > Lens > Reset keystone correction data.

3. If needed, manually adjust: Settings > Lens > Keystone Correction > Turn Off Auto Keystone > 4-Corner Correction.

Q6: What Should I Do if the HY320NTV Projector Can't Connect to Wi-Fi?

A : 1. Verify the time zone under Settings > Device Preferences > Date & Time.

2. Switch to another Wi-Fi network or use a mobile hotspot.

3. Test both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands.

4. Reset via Settings > Other Settings > Restore factory settings.

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • You receive the wrong item
  • You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
