The red light flashes when this product is charging, and turns green when fully charged. The charging time is about 90 minutes. The working status green light is always on. Q:The product doesn't work properly,what should I do?
A:There are two options.
(1) The leaves on the head may be caught in the hair. Try using a brush to clean the inside and outside of the head.
(2) The battery is low or exhausted. Charge the battery and try again.
 
Q:What should do if I hear abnormal sounds during use?
A: If you find abnormal sound, please turn off the device immediately and check whether the magnetic head is deformed, damaged or squeezed.
 
Q:Can I use this device in the bathroom?
A: It can be used, but please note that the IPX5 rating is not completely waterproof,Please do not spray water directly onto the device. Also, do not immersit in water or other liquids.
 
Q: Can razor blades be cleaned with water? Will it still rust after rinsing?
A: It can be cleaned with water. After rinsing with water, wipe off the water droplets with a dry towel or paper towel,and it will prevent rust.
 
Q:The head falls off easily,what should I do?
A: The head is not perfectly aligned with the body. Refer to the product manual for proper head installation.

Refunds & returns policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds
