CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees that may be charged by their country’s customs authorities.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that your package may be shipped internationally and may be subject to customs inspection or additional charges upon arrival. These charges are not controlled by Flintron and are paid by the customer unless otherwise required by law.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME
All orders require a processing time before shipment. Our standard processing time is 1 to 3 business days. During this time, we verify your order, prepare your items, and arrange shipment with the appropriate logistics provider.
Processing time is separate from shipping time and is not included in the estimated delivery time shown below.

In some cases, delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, whenever tracking is available. In some cases, due to the shipping method used or the destination country, tracking information may be limited or temporarily unavailable.
If tracking is available, please allow a few days for the tracking details to update after dispatch.
MULTIPLE PACKAGES
For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be shipped separately, even if you selected combined shipping. This means you may receive your items in different packages and at different times.
DELIVERY DELAYS
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally happen because of customs processing, carrier issues, address errors, or local delivery disruptions.
If your package appears delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or returned parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping information, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your order has not arrived within the maximum delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the shipping carrier. We will review the tracking details and work with you to find the best possible solution.
